Yuva centers around the life of a young man named Yuva, a national-level wrestler with tremendous potential. His life is thrown into disarray when he and his coach are wrongly accused of match-fixing, leading to a ban from the sport. Yuva’s relationship with his father, Shankar, becomes strained as a result.
Unable to pursue his wrestling dreams, Yuva enrolls in an engineering college in Mangalore where his fiery personality leads to confrontations with local students. After graduating, he returns home to find his family in distress. Shankar has disappeared, burdened by hefty loans taken for Yuva’s sister’s marriage and other needs.
