Puss in Boots, the legendary swashbuckling feline, is facing a crisis. After living his life recklessly, he’s down to the last of his nine lives. The thrill of danger has caught up with him, and he’s forced to confront his own mortality.
Word spreads of a mythical Wishing Star, rumored to grant a single wish. Determined to restore his nine lives, Puss embarks on a perilous quest through the enchanted Dark Forest. Along the way, he must contend with a menagerie of rivals also after the star, including the bounty hunter, the Big Bad Wolf, and the ruthless crime family leader, Goldilocks and the Three Bears.
Puss unexpectedly finds an unlikely ally in Perrito, a relentlessly cheerful and optimistic stray dog. He also reconnects with his former partner and sometimes adversary, Kitty Softpaws. Together they face numerous challenges and dangers on this adventure.
