Young and spirited D’Artagnan leaves his home in Gascony with dreams of joining the King’s elite Musketeers in Paris. However, his journey takes an unexpected turn when he’s left for dead after bravely attempting to defend a young woman from a kidnapping orchestrated by the mysterious Milady de Winter.
D’Artagnan recovers and arrives in Paris determined to find the men who attacked him. In doing so, he unwittingly steps into a dangerous game of power and intrigue. France stands on the brink of war, and the sinister Cardinal Richelieu pulls the strings from the shadows, manipulating events for his own gain.
